"If one is to interview with the company, he/she should make sure to spend time speaking extensively with the department the incumbent would work with. That way the candidate would get a better idea of the type of work involved."

"The company often lacks structure and organization for the clinical studies. It is difficult to get a clear focus on the projects on hand."

"Before pushing forward with projects, the management should spend some time to analyze the manpower and resources available."
