"Plan to meet with management everyday and let them know what is going on with you. Don't wait for your review."

What don't you like about working at Climatech?

"They expected you to learn on your own and did not believe in paying for training for their sales people. Also we had only one product to sell why I was there. Which is tough when your market to that product quits buying."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train your sales people"
