"I was a manager here for two years, this is a wildly dysfunctional company. Club level staff are great to work with but the top level corporate management is a nightmare. Extraordinarily high turnover with management. Club level managers bear the blame for any and all issues. Everyone lives in constant fear of being fired and thus there is a tremendous amount of paranoia. The president and director of operations cannot be trusted and bring out the worst in all employees. Good pay if you can handle insidious politics and mind games."
