"In the 7 months I worked there, I saw 7 people get fired and that's because for the bosses, the employee is disposable. The "office culture" is portrayed to be friendly and relaxed, but it's pretty much like high school. Bosses and coworkers do not respect you and bully you and ridicule you in front of the whole company. They make comments about how they're above you, you'll never get an office, how your work is terrible, etc. There is no true display of recognition or value from anyone there. There is absolute no professionalism there. The break room was invested with fruit flies and ants for months and no one took care of it. The bosses do not care about you, they just want you to mass produce for little pay and expect you to work overtime for free without legal proof that they're allowed to do so. If you voice your opinion, the bosses disregard it if it doesn't favor their ideology. The only good thing that comes from working here is the motivation to start your own business, experience, and a paycheck. I can not begin to stress enough what a horrible place it is to work there. There is no growth there and expect low pay and to be overworked. God bless whoever accepts a job offer there."
