"I loved my job as a Testing Data Manager with Cleveland County Schools. I got to meet and work with Professionals and work with the latest technology. I loved this job!"

What don't you like about working at Cleveland County Schools?

"This could happen anywhere with any job but my young supervisor was my supervisor for less than a year and she found a way to get rid of me because she just didn't like me. When our schools first merged in 0304 she was my coworker and in less than a month she accused me of messing up our critical testing software/computer. I knew how to go in and see what was done with the software, printed it out and presented it to her stating to her I wasn't here Friday when this happened but whomever loaded this new update screwed up the software. I fixed it and it's working fine. She never apologized for her criticism towards me and accusing ME of messing up the software. This gal became my new Supervisor and treated me unethically and just plain loud mouth and rude."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Supervisors need to have people skills and training in ethical treatment towards all subordinates and NOT buddying and being a pal with a particular subordinate, my coworker. They need Supervisor training before they become Supervisors."
