The instructors at Cleveland Community College (CCC) are some of the best around. They are supportive and encourage each person, whether staff or student, to strive to achieve their full potential. All the while providing opportunities to exercise your abilities and provide resources to grow your understanding."

"Generally there was much freedom in how classes were taught."

"There is 0 job security. At the end of any one year contract, administration can decide not to offer a contract the next year without providing any reason and you have no legal recourse."

What don't you like about working at Cleveland Community College?

"Everything is about numbers and money, not what provides students with the education they should be getting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please stop making more work for the faculty just for the sake of changing things. The more part-time people you hire, the more work the full time people have to do."
