"I enjoy working with the members of management and the other associates. Toys R Us is a very fair company to work for and they do reward the associates on a monthly basis with contests and when the department exceeds their goals. Every day the company challenges me to come up with a solution to a customer's problem or complaint, which I love since I love the fast-paced environment."
What don't you like about working at Toys R Us?
"I don't like the fact that I don't always perform the job I was hired to perform, but I do like to learn other aspects of the department that I was hired in."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My managers need to learn to communicate with each other so they are on the same page. One will tell you to do something and then the other will come along and tell you something else entirely."
