"I started working for Clearwell in 2015. The owner is a young guy with a lot of Oil & Gas experience. The company has a good product and a strong customer service focus, however the employees are made to feel very much as just the help. I worked very hard and really helped the company organize and focus on its finances. When lay-offs needed to happen due to the fall in oil prices, I was never thanked for service or loyalty to the company. If Clearwell survives this economic down turn, it will be in much better shape that it was a year ago, thanks solely to me."
