"I think it's a very good small business to work for. Owners and managers are very helpful and will train and mentor. But the demand for producing high-quality work, efficiently, will weed out a lot of people. You can't be on cruise control here. Having said that, the owners are generous and very willing to help you get better and improve so as long as you show initiative. It can be fun (if challenging) to learn new things and push your skills forward. Work standards I'd say are definitely higher than at the other places I've worked at but that's not a bad thing. The emphasis is on the customer and the product that is being built for them, which is how it should be but sometimes I feel we might go a little too far to an extreme in that direction but that's just my opinion. Company has been around a long time so I guess they know what's up. Anyway, good steady place to be creative and progress for the right person."
