"Great company and have loved working for them, but with lots of recent changes to management, the future direction of Clearlink is unsure, so I would have a hard time recommending anyone I know work here, with the possibility of predicted lay-offs. In a few months when the dust settles, I may feel totally different."

"I’ve worked at Clearlink for almost 2.5 years and in that time I’ve seen my department ebb and flow with good initiatives and bad initiatives. It all depended on your functional department. Website teams are solid where the functional management lacks direction and the ability to find ways to have people move up in the company."
