"I've worked for ClearEdge3D since 2017. The development of the company is fast and it went through a purchase by the parent company TOPCON. The company values teams but talents don't get clear career path due to a move plan after the purchase . After the purchase, hierarchy is built up and learning opportunities became less. The company believes in onsite Agile and does not favor working from home. Company culture focuses on American and is not international enough. The resource (computer, tools) used are somewhat outmoded."
