"NOT a safe work environment. The company maintains a business practice of hiring laborers at below market value, and trains them to be nothing more than "yes men". If they do not comply, they are fired. The employee turnover rate is approximately 4 - 10 people per 8 months, based mainly on whims of site senior management. The organization uses bullying and humiliation tactics to keep employees in-line, including taking pictures of you behind your back, and using it to humiliate you in a group safety training. The humiliation tactics were used on VETERANS of the U.S. Military. On multiple occasions, employees are asked to violate CFR guidelines for different types of hazardous and carcinogenic materials. Material processing is done inside poor visibility buildings."
