What do you like about working at Classic Interior Completions?

"Being the Operations Manager really played into my abilities as a leader. I moved into sales and did not like that as much. I did great selling the job but did not fit the sales representative motif. Traveling was not what I wanted to do all the time."

"Don't do it. They will promise the world and give you bananas."

What don't you like about working at Classic Interior Completions?

"I had good business sense as well as my supervisor / VP of operations. The CEO did not understand that his son was causing the company to lose him money and so therefore, when the VP and myself tried to change things, I got a target on my back. Hence the move to sales and the VP to Arizona. Now I am without a job and his son got what he cried for when he threatened to his father to kill himself if the job did not work out for him. He was hired here three times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Care about the employees and develop a program for adoptive families. Provide all the needs a sales representative would need to do the job accordingly. Show compassion for employees and trust them."
