"When you're not a publ;ic company, sometimes there are no rules or regulations because there are no investors looking at the financials or the internal processes. It's a shoot at the hip mentality working for a private company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest in a good computer operating system, and to stop depending on one programmer who has not kept up with his education or latest technology. Without a good computer system for inventory items purchased and sold, all bets are off for a successful company."
