"It looks alright on paper for a retail management position (and the pay does vary as it is partially commission based - I made between $50-$70,000 per year depending on sales, location, and extra titles), but the amount of hours that this particular company expects you to work in exchange for it is just ridiculous. When you factor in the sheer amount of hours you have to work in order for your store to be successful and 100% in compliance with company sales/performance/display standards - on average 60 per week factoring in holidays and the amount of hours needed to be worked at home - you are basically getting paid less per hour than your employees. When you approach your supervisor(s) about this topic you are basically bullied into believing it's your fault and then lied to about how everyone else is doing the job in the 44 hour timeframe (which you'll find out about if you ask anyone else in a similar position about it). Basically, if you want this job, don't have a family or personal life because you will never have time for them/it again."
