"They can't spend their money to hire new employee for some unknown period time and I can't want any longer until they unfreez hiring situation."

"I beleive the Management have very strong responsiblity how they manage their employees and also how they keep them happy, because when the employee is happy they are more productive and more quality involver with their work done.I used the word happy I mean quality and healthy environment."
