"The physical environment could be better. I am an introvert, working with a lot of extroverts who are trying to understand how I operate."

"Increase collaboration between departments and external partners. Aggressively apply for available grants and funding."

"Clark County can't higher full time programm at time (budget) I am doing an excellent job for them and they are happy with my work."

"I don't know about the others, I am sure there are some other candidates who are well qualify for this position, but I am not sure if they are avaliable at this time."

What don't you like about working at Clark County, Nevada?

"They can't spend their money to hire new employee for some unknown period time and I can't want any longer until they unfreez hiring situation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I beleive the Management have very strong responsiblity how they manage their employees and also how they keep them happy, because when the employee is happy they are more productive and more quality involver with their work done.I used the word happy I mean quality and healthy environment."
