"I really like the family atmosphere of Clarient staff and also the management team was very personable and very humble. They worked hard but made time to have fun and really treated the employees very well."

What don't you like about working at Clarient Solutions?

"There were a lot of long hours, but this was due to the type of business and the demand for quality medical care. The benefit of helping people come into wholeness and recieve the proper medical treatment was worth it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they would make sure that their employees did not get burned out and that they would delegate responsiblity amongst more people per department."
