"Clarent refused acquisition by Cisco when times where good, got significantly downsized in less than a year, and had to settle to acquired by Verso .... frankly I am ignorant of Verso culture to offer advice."

"There was a rumored financial scandal and a many of great/top performers people got laid off ... simply it was a very short lived dream"
