"It is a very challenging, face paced environment that keeps me on my toes with unexpected events occurring daily. (Even when we think nothing is unexpected at this point) The rapport that I have with coworkers and my students' parents is rewarding enough to make stressful days feel like days at the beach!"

What don't you like about working at Clancy Elementary School for the Arts?

"There is no room for growth and I am unable to utilize my outgoing, personal skills outside of a classroom. With my friendly personality and love of learning, I am confident that I would be an asset to another company at this time."

"Consistency and loyalty are key! Everyone has to show (even if they do not possess) the same level of respect to one another. HELP people when they make mistakes. Be thorough with instruction and respectful with your words. Make it a habit to build people up on a daily basis. Show appreciation often."
