"Everyday was different. I also really enjoyed the people I worked with. I was trained by a great trainer so that really helped me get to where I'm at today, their work ethic was hard at first but made me the hard worker I am today. They had a variety of machines to work on and building reparis to do which really expanded my knowledge beyond just HVACR."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just tell them your willing to work hard and be ready to do so. Tell them what you already know but say that your more than willing to learn."

What don't you like about working at CKE Restaurants?

"There really wasnt much I didnt like about working there!"

"Just to be a little bit more considerate of their employess and to maybe trust them a little more."

"I moved across the country at my own expense to take this position only to be layed off without even a thank you. I understand it was not personal, but I have stacks of thank-you's and praises with this company and did not see this coming."

"The environment was great, the people were friendly and appreciated good tech support and help."

"The company is very upper-level heavy and do not value loyalty of employees. They do not typically find investment in an employee to be valuable. There was no employee review process or career map for employees."

"Instill a sense of employee appreciation, start a review process that holds managers and employees accountable and give them a sense of worth in the company."

"under paid poor management. extremely cliquish only way to advance is through politics not ability. as a company they cannot be trusted they also keep info important to your work from you unless you are in the correct group"

"pay a living wage get control of the company make it a more worker friendly environment fire your HR staff!Start reviewing all management hire end users who speak English even if it is a second language, Rebuild you corporate structure towards employee success"
