City of Worcester Employee

"The City of Worcester overall is a good work environment, but as most companies are doing is limiting any type of pay raises, while the benefits increase in cost. The Water Filtration Plant is a state of the art facility in a great location. Enjoyable place to work. We are given all the resources that we need to perform our jobs, but it is a slow drawn out process, which requires constant communications to keep projects on track."
