"City Ventures is unprepared for all projects. Doesn’t work with cities or counties well. And the length of time a company is more important than merit and proper building skills."
"City Ventures offers a very fun and positive work environment."
"i worked over 5 years with city ventures and it was a great experience up until this virus caused layoffs the company took good care financially and in extras"
"I've worked for City Ventures for approximately 10 years. During my tenure I had the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the company from it's inception and have found my experience both challenging and rewarding."
"If you want to get thrown into the fire and work with the lowest bidding trades than this is the company for you. Upper management and the purchasing team do just about everything the wrong way. They'd sell their grandmother if it meant turning a profit. We had 2 trades drop out due to financial issues and I hired my own trade with the understanding that they were going to finish the job. Instead, they fired my trade as soon as they found a lower bidder. Nice work guys!"
"The company pays well with good benefits and has a tight team but their priority is satisfying the investors putting the home owners second. If you are in for the money, shoving home owner in before its ready just to meat an unrealistic schedule and make the corp money then this job is for you"
