"Looks good from the outside, but its not once you get in. Most of the good employees left for better work environments. HR is there to help management not the employees."

What don't you like about working at City of Scottsdale?

"Political catering, Its not what you know , but who you know when it comes to advancements, Management will throw employees under the bus to save themselves instead of being honest."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire all management and start over from scratch"
