City of Huntington Beach Employee

"I've worked for the city for over 5 years. It's a very frustrating place to work if you are a motivated and hard working. Most people there have the, "it's not my job," mentality. Very few seem to take their job seriously and seem to think that they can just get away with whatever they want. There is little to no accountability. This is not only evident in lower positions but also higher management positions."
