"As a no-union employee if the company looses money wages go down. This is a municipality we don't sell goods so my financial sustainability is threatened."

"Cut all waste and stop cutting employees income. Executives should manage the budgets that were given to them and stop over spending. This causes job loss."

"The interference from the United States government concerning our Bus purchases. We received Grant monies from them, which meant we were beholden to them."

"To cut overtime for the mechanics, because they were not performing their jobs in an efficient manner. That is why the mechanics needed the overtime."
