"Gossip runs wild. Reputations are built or destroyed based upon gossip rather than on the quality of work. Systems are completely outdated. Processes/procedures are redundant, time consuming, and antiquated at best. HR is joke. No degree of professionalism, no confidentiality, fearful of discrimination lawsuits because discrimination is a continuous practice. Failure to follow State Statutes regarding labor and veteran laws."
