The ability to move up in the department is entirely dependent upon knowledge and the willingness to learn Electrical Engineering. Everyone that I work with is easy to get along with and the working environment is conducive to team work and collaboration. There is a need to work on your own as well and a person that can work independently and as part of a team at differing times would succeed."
