What don't you like about working at City of New York?
"I do not get enough opportunities to arbitrate as there are many arbitrators and not enough days to give out to all who want to participate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It is all about funding and the amount of capital available to give to the arbitration program. I would suggest they allot more funding for this service."
"This is a good place to work on because you can learn things with your teammate and everybody will help out and ask question with each others. Also the manager I have is the best manager I have ever had and he really helps me a lot."
