"The ability to assist those where needed with building related information or even if it was just assisting them to speak with the correct person. To know that I can make a difference. The people were great to work with, customers and co-workers. The fliexibility and family like environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The only thing I can recommend when interviewing with any company is to be yourself, have confidence and speak with a strong yet calm demeanor. Make sure to point out all your strong points but don't pretend to be perfect! Most important believe in yourself and dont let your nerves take over."

What don't you like about working at City of Chino?

"Not all co-workers had a team player attitude, and there was favortism that played into advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Equality is something that should be applied to all levels of those working employees who have all earned/deserve to work along side us. Giving all the respect that is necessary to work in a healthy environement for all."
