"I worked for Citizens Energy Group for close to two years. The company gives recognition for hardworking staff and I was recognized too within the period. However, they rely and use so much of offsite external consultant which leaves little or no room for in house Dbas to grow in their skills as almost everything is consulted out and this did not give me the challenges that I need."
