"I’ve worked for CitiMortgage for 11 years. This company has great benefits, flexibility, and there is potential room for growth. The growth is based on there being several different and diverse divisions to work for. Although the Mortgage portion of the company is making an exit - they’ll originate but no longer service loans. There are still jobs on the retail / banking side of this organization. I personally feel they build strong leaders if you’re willing to put in the work to move up."

"I have worked with Citi Mortgage since 2009 in 4 different positions. It was in a start up phase initially with major growth opportunities. The default department is now downsizing and selling off bad debt, preferring to focus on the banking and card business areas for profitability. Default will be downsizing but other city departments will have major opportunities. It is an excellent company with major benefits. It is family friendly and believes in balancing work with family."
