"Work /life balance. Cut throat environment. When times are good they set the gold carrot so high it sets many up for failure. You basically live there and your CitI coworkers become your family."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Close up shop at a decent time at month end and holidays as a COMPANY standard. One late night is enough. Small branches do not have the staff to stay open two late nights, then we end up coming in on Saturdays and sometimes even Sundays to catch up on the admin work or call collections."
