"CitI is to big to care about the employee."

What don't you like about working at Citi Cards?

"At first it was a great place to work. But it became a bad place to be. The pay sucks, the work load was to much. They were over demanding and there were shady work ethics. I worked for 10 years and was canned like nothing. They DO NOT value there employees. They say they have this rich heritage and all this bull, but at the end of the day it is all talk. We the employee's used to call it Greedy-bank in stead of Citibank."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the pay, and avoid the 'attitude. They need to treat people like people. Value your employees, please!"
