"The management is doing a great job especially keeping in mind the diversity of this company both in forms of people and business segments under which Citco operates."

"I had a primary group of employees and customer that I was responsible and accountable for, therefore I was able to build relationships with them. I supported primarily Asia."

"The hedge fund market is very volatile and I was laid off 1st in 2008 and then called back to support a new help desk and laid of again."

"Better quality control in the upgrade of applications to prevent software crashes or idiocyncrasies"
