"This is a great company to start off in. You will learn a lot from great technicians in the data cable world. The work can be hard, long and sometimes unpredictable. There is not a lot of room to move up. It's hard to move from a field position to an office position. They like to hire outside of the company for project coordinators instead of promoting within. The yearly raises are not very good and the benefits need improving. But overall, it's a great small company to work for."
