"I started working for a great and fun start up called Circulation. Although Circulation is a technology start up, they are very invested and are very passionate about helping patients who need local transportation needs to their appointments. While working there I learned how to merge our use of the Circulation platform and our patients needs and provide the best possible service by connecting patients and medical facilities to our platform to monitor their uber like ride. I wore many hats while managing a small Support Team that was assisting our clients with any troubleshooting issues they had from resetting passwords to navigating more complex technical issues via phone, chat or via our ticketing systems. I loved my experience there and helped manage the Support Team by creating measurable metrics and sharing our data internally and with our external clients."
