"I've worked with the company for the past 6 years, and I have being very happy with the way the staff and director had helped me grow. Just keeping in mind that this is only a Part Time job, in the years with company I had been promoted to a Banquet Training Captain so I could do an excellent job for the private clients that we have. I have the opportunity to help the Director sit in hiring new personnel, this including interviewing the personnel making some decisions, It was good experience for me to see the HR Dept."
