"What I did not like about the company was the busines was constantly declining. We started out as a 24/7 operation. When I left they where working 4 days a week one shift opation. The company filed for bankruptcy. it was very hard to get things approved and purchased."

"The work hours are cut and there are temporary layoffs. The benefits are getting more costly and they keep taking away money making opportunities. No raises in over 2 years. I worked more this year than last year and made $6,000 less."
