"Great Place To Work! I have worked for Cinépolis for almost 9 years, and I really can say only good things about it, It´s a nice environment, they give you all the tools and capacitation you need in order for your job in the best way possible. I might say the only problem with Cinepolis is that people are so comfortable working there that never leaves so there are few opportunities to grow up or take a higher position (from a certain level). In general, it is totally recommended"

"I've worked for Cinepolis since 2015 and built long lasting relationships with not only the people I work with but the people that I have come in contact with since working there. I feel that it provides a competitive environment that pushes the workers to get out there with the "free-for-all" atmosphere and pushes people to get out of their comfort zone. As far as management goes I feel that they could do a better job at supporting their employees and motivating them rather than make them question their worth."
