What do you like about working at CIM?

"I like being a sales representative. I like what I was representing, at the time, it was NSP."

What don't you like about working at CIM?

"CIM is a fine company. Communication, training and support could be improved, but I believe more of my concerns was with the company I represented, NSP."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More through NSP than CIM. Communications and local support."
