"With refereeing, you always have folks who don't agree with your calls or non calls. Some of them can become extremely irate with verbal and sometime physical assault. I didn't particularly care for dealing with those people"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have an off ice official that handled unruly people outside of the game and it's participants"
