"I was working for this company since May 2009.The people are wonderful.As a female I had a difficult time becoming part of the team even when invited to be the internal communications officer, a new position offered to me (when all the males of the core group became department managers). There are no announcements made about company strategies and no general meetings for staff. While the work environment is pleasant, and people great, all I did was type. My desire was communications."
