"I have worked at Cicoa for over 2 years, overall I enjoy working for an organization that helps the elderly and disabled. However, Cicoa is one of those places where in order to keep a job it's not what you know, it's who you know. There are ALOT of office politics, nepotism, and favoritism. The IT dept has seen a lot of change, and just recently it has started to improve, although we are still using Outlook 2007 I have a lot of hope for the positive changes I have seen within the past few months."
