"The salary was above average. I later found out this was to retain people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The local management in the DC office is not genuwine in the interview process. Know this coming into the company. Human resources acts in concert with local management. There is no recourse if mistreated."

What don't you like about working at CIBT?

"Local and corporate management was terrible!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be fair to employees and have real redress if local management abuses employees. Maybe then there would not be such a high turn over. As long as management has the attitude that as long as people need jobs we do not have to respect them; there will be constant turn over."
