"Chuy's is easily the best restaurant I have worked for. The food, drink and people culture are infectious. There is a lot of pride in the BOH and the FOH. Chuy's does not take itself seriously, but it takes Food, Drink and Service very seriously. There is a heavy emphasis on taking care of the staff."
