"My staff. The people I worked with are hard working individuals that put forth a great effort everyday. The work so hard to please our customers. It is great see them in action everyday. The way I was able to mold several people from team members to managers."

What don't you like about working at Church's Chicken?

"The fact the company was sold and the new owners will no longer be offering the same compenstation package."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep the benefit package high"
