"Most remote offices permit casual/street attire and a free schedule (ie take breaks when you feel you need them, lunch/no lunch, etc.)"

"Don't. They don't pay medical staff a competive wage. Also they are in the process of cutting pay scales and benefits - there are better places to work if you have the skills to work here."

What don't you like about working at Children's Home Society & Family Services?

"Unwillingess of executive management to allow mid-level management to...manage. Cutting low-level worker pay and benefits instead of firing mid-level workers who are not doing their jobs. Making drastic company-wide changes to processes and internal contacts without consulting with teams who work with highest-profile clients."

"Learn from the bottom up - always know what is really going on, don't just make assumptions and do what is best for YOU as an executive."
