"I enjoy the perspective of having worked at several other regional/national construction firms. It is a pleasure working for a (highly) ethical firm where reputation is put first, even before profit! We work hard but reap the benefits of hugely happy clients that makes it all worth while. "Good company to work for, my department was never fully funded or supported."

"Lack of things to do because the Federal Group was never fully supported by the main company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not create a department if you are not going to back it fully to get it on its feet. (Federal Group was created a year ago. Its survival depended on the Manager Eddy Medina to devote time to it. Eddy was never released from the Private side and the whole Federal Group suffered until they disbanded it)."
