"Run in the other direction. I worked there for over two years before giving up and finding another job. There are lots of much better places to work."

"Unequal workloads and no consequences for doing a bad job. All firing decisions are politically motivated or a result of someone pointing the finger at someone else so they don't get in trouble (and management always falls for it).Most decisions and changes are made as a result of the rumors, not what's really going on. Supervisors are allowed to be rude and nasty to employees."

"Don't make decisions based on rumors. Stop reward nasty behavior by supervisors.Communicate better with staff.Stop the backstabbing between departments."
