What do you like about working at Children's Choice Learning Centers?

"Again, I loved working with the kids. I wish I didn't have to leave the way I did."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be careful who you tell what to. Don't give your whole life story to someone. It WILL get around the workplace."

What don't you like about working at Children's Choice Learning Centers?

"They had different rules for different people. I witnessed one person yank a child by his arm and yell in his face because he wasn't doing something he was told to do (He was only 3). I was hit by a bike by the same child in the ankle and yelled, Ouch, get off the bike! and I was the one suspended."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please don't judge me by what has happened in the past. It is the past, and no one can change it. Keep a better eye on those who are experienced in the field. Like I said, I witnessed someone yank a child by his arm who had been an ECE teacher for 12 years."
